Being in conference calls a lot during Covid-19-times, I noticed a stark delay when the person on the next desk is in the same conference room. Their voice over the air is followed by their voice in the headset with an approximate delay of some 3-400 miliseconds making it difficult to communicate. In an all generic freepbx installation, is there a way to improve that easily?
i cant think of one - what you describe seems more linked to environmental factors than anything else
