Voice cut-out

Hearing some voice cut-off when either party stops talking. Does matter if it is an outside call over a SIP trunk or an internal extension to extension call.

FreePBX is version FreePBX 2.11.0.35
Phones are Aastra 9143i with FW version 3.3.1.2235 dated 13 Dec 13.

There is almost nothing else happening on the network at the moment (everyone else is pretty much out to lunch).

I’d start of by checking the LAN settings on the PBX server and the switch it’s plugged into. I’ve had this when the settings don’t match between the switch port and the server (sometimes duplex mismatches can occur, etc). And check the phone in the same way.
