How can I make option (0) go into the unaval greeting of the extension.

do you mean you want pressing 0 to start playing the unavailable greeting? It’s not designed for that. The level of control you have is it have option 0 go to a specific context,exten,pri. So if you wanted to do what you ask, you could specifically point it to a location somewhere which just enters voicemail with the unavail greeting. You might need to create an entry in a custom file somewhere. Also - you may need to manually make that entry at the CLI and avoid using ARI with it so as not to put it back to the default behavior.
