Hello, I am working on setting up the VMX locator. I have the voicemail and press 1 or 0 for different destinations setup. However at the end of the unavailable message it just plays it again. In the log i see “- - User entered nothing, 1 chance left” any ideas? I am on Freepbx 12
Did the user enter anything?
I figured it out, the user doesn’t enter anything, so it repeats. However we don’t want the repeat so I found the setting in Voicemail Admin.
