VMail login issues -- just us?

Hi,

I jumped from 1.814.210.58-2 to 1.817.210.58-1 and everything went smoothly. One thing has crept up though since then. Periodically users are unable to access voicemail via *97 as their PIN is never accepted. I expect that this is an asterisk, not FreePBX, issue but I’m wondering if there’s a way around this.

Thoughts?
