I am setting up multiple extensions in the house using Mitel 5330 phones. I have them as a ring group for an inbound SIP trunk and a virtual extension for voicemail. I want a MWI/BLF light to indicate voicemail in the virtual mailbox.
I found how to do this, but there was not a hint created for the virtual extension mailbox.
Extension 5000 is the virtual extension of the mailbox. Everything works perfectly except I have no type of MWI for the shared mailbox.
Any pointers appreciated.
