Vitelity seems to know exactly what the issue is, so I doubt that they are speculating. The only thing I said was that them describing it as an “Exterior Network Event” sounds different than their previous issues in the last few months.
They told me they couldn’t provide me with more information than that until they release their post-mortem this week.
