Visual Voicemail not avalaible in mobile App!

I’m using the commercial SangomaConnect addon in FreePBX. I have the Sangoma Connect installed on some mobile phones and it’s working fine to receive/make phone calls. My only issue is that if I have a voicemail message I can’t listen it in app. When I click the 3 little dots in SangomaConnect it indicates my status is offline. If I click on Visual Voicemail icon, it states that it’s unable to process and I get a endless spinning wheel :frowning:
If I dial the voicemail extension there is no problem and I can listen at voicemails received and manage them but not in the app itself.

Please refer to below wiki to ensure you are whitelisting the mentioned IP in your Freepbx firewall and also double check all the required configuration. thanks
