Tested on Aastra 6739, 6755 and 6757, Visual Voicemail button works, everything displays on screen correctly, but when we try to Play the voicemail, no audio is heard. I’m using 10.13.66-8 with Asterisk 13.7.2, but it has been going on for a long time through updates.
This would be a bug with RestApps and Asterisk 13. Try downgrading to Asterisk 11 and testing. If that fixes it please open a bug report at issues.freepbx.org
I am using pjsip, will that still work with Asterisk 11?
No it will not. You will need to open a bug report. PJSIP is still a work in progress.
