Video Invitation Failed

Currently, I’m having a problem getting video to work between the following grandstream devices:

  • GXV3275 IP Phone
  • GVC3210 Conference Bridge
  • WAVE softphone

Also, my call agent is a Sangoma FreePBX 60 Phone System (FPBX 15.0.17.64/Asterisk PBX 14.7.8).

Audio works fine between the devices, but I’m not able to switch to video (I get "video invitation failed); on the same token, I can’t even start a call if I try to initiate it as video.

As of now, all Video codecs under the video codec setting are enabled.

If there’s any additional information I need to provide, please let me know.

Also, is Scott (a.k.a. “Skyking”) still a port of the forum?

yes Scott is still around , if he were here id think he’d say to look at the sip dialogue - it might hold some clues as the the reason for the failure
