Video call - Softphone

Hi all,

Under Asterisk 16 and FreePbx = 14, config works perfectly with 25 users.

I am though stalling with video calls with the X-lite softphone. Set-up is:

  • Digium D50 phones with extensions 111 and 113: working
  • X-lite softphones on 2 PCs with Windows 10: logged in system
  • Video settings enabled in Freepbx under Chan_Sip Settings with correct H263 codecs

Issue is when I call from X-Lite, the desk phone rings but not X-lite on the other side. My understanding is that both X-Lite and the desk phone should ring.

What am I missing please ?
