Vega60 "UNREACHABLE "

I am having problems getting my vega gateway to register with freepbx. I have followed the chan_sip directions here https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/VG/Registering+Vega+with+FreePBX

All i get is Unreachable. I suspect it has to do with my router/firewall. What do i need to do to start diagnosing the problem?

Here is what i get out of the logs:

the 192.168.2.22 address is the freepbx Still not getting a register on either the freepbx or the vega60.
