VEGA400 Call Leg/Transaction Does Not Exist

Hi All!

I am currently facing issues with microsoft office 365 verification. It seems the microsoft system does not recognize the # when pressed. I tried to capture the logs for the SIP, please see below;

It says Call Leg/Transaction Does Not Exist. Looking at the branch, should it be the same?
