Planning to buy a Vega 400G PRI gateway.
It has two Ethernet ports.
Are those functioning as a hub/switch, or can I assign different IP addresses to each one?
Yes each port can have it’s own IP and own network.

Are those devices running Asterisk?
No not at all. Vega is a 15 year old product. Was designed and built before asterisk even existed.
