v2.1.3 Direct to voicemail - problems

Running Trixbox v1.1.1 on two different installations, with the FreePBX folder being removed and FreePBX v2.1.3 installed per the upgrade instructions.

System 1: Dialing *123 gives the message “Phone 100 is unavailable” (i.e. the extension you are dialing FROM not to)??

System 2: Dialing *123 is invalid internally and externally, logs show *23 or dialing **123 logs show *12??

Everything else seems to work perfectly. Just the direct dial to voicemail feature is torched somehow … Help, please! (Rob you lurking about? )
