Good afternoon,
I am putting the final touches on an IVR for our company, not a large company, but we do have a bit of turnover. Instead of having to go in and re-record the IVR every time a person leaves, I would like to use the name they set via the Voicemail system. However, I have not had any luck trying to getting Playback to accept the greeting.
For example,
For Finances with, < Play name here >, press 1.
What I’ve tried:
Playback with a symbolic link to the directory
Playback with the relative path
Voicemail with a b flag.
Any suggestions would be greatly helpful in creating a more dynamic IVR.
