I am having trouble getting a logo for a Yealink T32 to push with the OSS Endpoint. I put the file path in and it doesn’t seem to be catching it. Is there a tutorial online somewhere that addresses this or something I am missing?
is to make sure the logo you are using will work on the yealink phone. you can verify that the epm is building the correct config file (tfptboot) but if the logo is too large or the wrong format it simply will not load on the phone and it will not report an error. you can get the format for the logo from the yealink web site
