Using FreePBX for Inbound Contact Center

Hello All,

I have a 2 x Quadcore AMD box that running FreePBX 2.5.1 and would like to create a simple Inbound Contact Center running FreePBX 2.5.1 rather than using any of the Vicidial variants.

The problem is that there are a large number of extensions and queues to manage and I don’t think it is practical to manage them inside of the current FreePBX GUI due to the current layout. I would like to create a separate page outside of FreePBX where I can manage the extensions and queues.

I believe that I would need to use Asterisk Realtime but I would be grateful if you all can guide me in the right direction of how best to achieve this.
