Using Endpoint manager on Vitelity Dedicated server

Please, I have a Vitelity dedicated FreePBX dedicated ver 13 server, and purchased Sangoma S405 phones to test zero touch provisioning. Naturally, there are no ‘internal’ devices local to my server. I have set up sangoma_default templates. While my S405 reaches out and obtains upgrades the extensions never appear. I have created extensions which show up in the endpoint manager, which identifies the ones I want for this new phone, but they are never pushed out. I’ve looked at and followed the Sangoma wikis, and despite that all I get on the phone is a time of day and date, and nothing further even though I have admin rights logged in on the phone. Is there a setup document for using a dedicated server that I might parrot?
