Users in Ques suddenly are not in the Que

Asterisk version 13.11.2 and system version 10.13.66-1

I have about 10 ques with two people in each que. The system is in Device and User mode. Twice now in the last several months ALL the que users are removed from the Ques. Looking at the Reports/Asterisk Info/Queues I see the users are invalid They are set in the Que module as Static users

Gayle (Local/135@from-queue/n from hint:135@ext-local) (ringinuse enabled) (Invalid) has taken no calls yet
Tonia (Local/134@from-queue/n from hint:134@ext-local) (ringinuse enabled) (Invalid) has taken no calls yet

This is not good. I cannot see how ALL of them could be removed from the Ques. Any ideas???

Just for grins I went into the Que that I showed in my initial poat and removed them and reinserted them, updating each time. Going back to the Reports ALL the users were either in use or not in use. I think the issue might be that Asterisk loses that config until a restart??

That might be a version with queue issues. Update to current, 13.13.1
