User unavailable - Return to IVR

Dear friends,
I need to fix this problem. When a extension, reached trough an option of IVR, is ringing without answer (5 rings) call must return to IVR or another extension. Thanks for your help.

You’d probably want to set up “Follow Me” for the extension being called.
