"User Panel" access and FreePBX 2.10.0.4

Hello there,

I’m new to the FreePBX community and so far I enjoy learning a lot from the FreePBX forums.

I have the following issue:

I’m trying to access the recordings from “User Panel”, but for some reason the h**p://server/recordings/index.php reject my extension credentials.

I can see the recordings from var/spool/asterisk/monitor using console, but I wonder why I can’t access “User Panel”.

Am I missing something? Does anyone have any hints what might be missing?

just to be sure, its not your extensions credentials, its your voicemail credentials instead.
