User Monitor Panel - Destination Hangup

I have trunk created to my freepbx system. I have inbound routes to main number going to a switchboard. If someone calls the switchboard and then hangs up, in the user panel it will show the destination as “s”, if they choose and option then the correct destination extension displays. I am however, noticing one mobile number that is calling continuously and the destination keeps saying hangup and it is always 15 or 16seconds duration. I have tried to replicate this problem but just cannot seem to. Below is my trunk settings

Never mind, i have figured it out. this was happening because the default ring time was 15 seconds and I had configured my extensions to terminate call and hangup if no answer. This is why it was displaying hangup. I’ve rectified it but choosing voicemail if enabled and also increased ring time too and now the user panel is showing accurate info
