anyone know where the tempate for the email that is sent to users in:
[user management] - [Settings Tab] - [Email Settings] is located?
this appears to be another hot mess, it doesn’t use the “Send Email as HTML” and pretty much clumps all the text together as shown below…

just want to fix the template so I can use it to mass deploy.
Did a search of the .tpl but couldn’t find it, and don’t have access to the db thru mysql workbench as its host with 3306 blocked externally. have access to the db via ssh,but going thru tables via mysql cli is a little tediou, not sure if this text is saved in a table.
