User Manager groups remove after saving extension

I have a PBX running version 13.0.197.22 all modules are up to date. I noticed that when I go into the “Extensions” module and I save an existing extension, the “Group” that the user is a member of, in the “User Manager Settings” area, will be deleted and I have to go back in “User Management module” to add the user back to the the groups he was previously member of. In this case the extension he is a member of “Voicemail Users” and if I save the extension, he’s no longer member of this group.

Any suggestions?

That sounds like a bug, so I’d start with a bug report from the Issues page and walk through the steps, one at a time, to recreate the problem. It may or may not get fixed right away, depending on what the actual problem is.
