User Management module version cannot be upgraded to required version

On a new, clean FreePBX 13 install there are two modules (Contact Manager and Phone Apps) complaining about their required dependency not being up to date.
The User Management module is at 13.0.68, and needs to be 13.0.70 according to the 2 modules.
The dashboard also keeps telling me that there are 2 disable modules.
How can we fix this?
(I tried to upgrade the UM already, but there is no update available…

First run:

fwconsole ma --edge upgrade userman
