When I block my computer, my endpoint on asterisk gets unavailable and redirects to my cellular phone (followme) after the endpoint failure do not occur. My machine configuration is windows 10 corporate edition and phonerlite as a soft phone.
Is there a configuration option to correct this problem or I should manually rewrite the script?
What do you mean blocked? What softphone? Which script?
The softphone is PhonerLite. The script is the standard freepbx script for incomping connections.
I have figured it out. When I block the computer, asterisk receives the BUSY dialstatus, as if I am talking.
Finally I have been told, there is an option in the softphone config section for this. Thank you.
