I presume you have different outbound routes for the different dial patterns, one of which is set to record, and the other not.
Urgency on your part, does not necessarily translate to immediate attention from the users here. You might consider paid support option, see the link at the top of the page.

Important part of that - users. Most of us are unpaid, uncompensated, and often unappreciated volunteers that do this while our systems just run trouble-free.
