It’s already on your linux box, no need for windoze 
That sox segfaults is a problem with your version of sox and might explain why the whole conversion thing is not working , perhaps look at fixing that first 
Snapshot is a lifesaver, I have had a couple freepbx installs that somehow get “database errors” for no apparent reason…very frustrating
It’s already fixed in Sangoma 7 Distro. Won’t be fixing it in the 13 distro. Conversion works, except for this file.
