Upgraded to 5.211.65-19 Updating Administrators General setting will not update goes to a blank page

Upgraded to 5.211.65-19 Updating Administrators General setting will not update goes to a blank page. I found that all upgrades are doing the same. Adding New Administrator no problem.

FYI Delinting Administrator also will not update and brings you to a blank page

What does this mean? There is no “general” setting

In the Administration module if you edit a existing user - add any permission and try to save it you get a blank screen if you go back changes are not updated. You can add a new Admin user and you can save it no problem but if you try to delete and update you get the same blank screen. I tried on 3 different PBX all doing the same
