I attempted to upgrade our commercial endpoint manager to the newest release, only for it to get stuck at “Checking settings and defaults.” I had another page open with a basefile at the time, but I closed it and tried again. It even seemed to temporarily prevent access to the gui. I restarted the server, and was able to regain gui access. But it tells me the module is disabled and that I need to upgrade it, but the upgrade isn’t working. I tried updating to the edge version, but no luck. Any ideas?
This is embarrassing. It looks like I wasn’t giving it enough time… It eventually went through.
For anyone else looking here, give it a good 15 minutes to do this step.
