Upgrade to 2.10.0 > Cannot dial by extension

I upgraded to freepbx 2.10.0 / asterisk (1.4.21.2). When I attempt to dial from one extension to another I receive “Declined” message from my phone and hear a busy signal. Likewise, if I call my IVR externally and dial my 3-digit extension, the call will disconnect. Oddly, if I call my IVR and dial extension 2 (call group), it will work.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you you had some db restore type issues in the Asterisk DB.

Did you do any data migration?

Is there a fix of is there a way to clean it out and start over?
