Upgrade to 12 still showing 5.221.65-20

Upgraded system with 2.11 to 12 Module system is showing 12.9 but system admin upgrade shows 5.221.65-20
how do I upgrade to 6.12.65-21 ( I have that running on other PBX)

I had the same issue. Running the upgrade script for 6.12.65-20 fixed whatever was broken for me.

The distro version is not the same as the UI version.

Hi I updated manually to 6.12.65-2 then with system admin upgrade good till 6012.65.10 then it stopped ? ran 11 manually OK now trying upgrading with system admin to 20.
what causes upgrade to stop ?
