Upgrade old version

I want (need really) to upgrade my old and loyal system.
I’m ready to start (almost) from scratch, however, I have 150+ extensions, 40+ ring groups, 10+ trunks (on 6 different vendors) and I’m not ready to rewrite it all.
I have some .conf customization that I hope, can be manually reapplied on a new version.

Centos 5
FPBX-2.11.0
Asterisk PBX 11.25.0

Any advice on the right path to do it?
To what version?
Can I get professional help?

You can upgrade in place as Shahin noted, but you can also migrate your settings to a completely fresh install. This is the safest way to proceed, however it may require you to manually fix some things on the destination system after migration:
