I just recently upgraded from .12.65.25 to 10.13.66-1. The upgrade seemed to go fine except, that EPM and
Fax Pro were disabled after the upgrade because my support for updates was expired. After I purchased the upgrade support the modules were fine.
My question is , in the updates under System Admin I have the option to upgraded to 10.13.66-17, but when I try i get an ‘Unkown Error’.
suggestions ?
Try running at the CLI to see if there is an error displayed:

My wild guess is that you have a FreePBX module installed that is not compatible with 13. The trick will be figuring out what and getting rid of it.
I restarted the server and reran the update. now showing version 10.13.66-17.
