Upgrade From 12 to 13 Fail

I am running FreePBX 12.0.76.2 on Asterisk 13.8.0 [build from source]

I run the Upgrader tool.
Step 1: "All checks passed. You may now start the upgrade process"
Step 2: Fill in forms
Step 3: Submit returns “Submitting data to servers…ERRORS:undefined”

What is the path forward here?

Does you box have internet access?
Do dns resolve correctly.

GO to the CLI and ping freepbx.org or yahoo.com
