Upgrade failure 2.4.0.0 framework

I get the following message after confirming that in want the FreePBX framework to upgrade to 2.4.0.0
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: outn() in /var/www/html/admin/modules/framework/libfreepbx.install.php on line 29

I’ve rebooted the asterisk machine, but get the same issue.

I’d be grateful for any suggestions to resolve.

try upgrading it from the command line:

/var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin upgrade framework

(I think that is the correct syntax, if not, type --help and see what it is)
