Updated S700 Firmware to latest and now when "Save, Rebuild, and Update Phones"

Is selected the S700 phones pop up and say "Checking Firmware, Please Wait…"
This sits on the screen for 1-2 minutes and then it finishes checking the config file.

Is there a way to stop it from checking firmware since they all updated? Do i set the setting back to Recommended or will that downgrade the firmware?

This is still happening to phones. Is this a setting somewhere that I am missing?!
