Updated Freepbx this morning. Unable to Connect to the UCP Node server

I updated Freepbx 14 this morning and now attempting to check voicemail via UCP is resulting in a popup message:
Unable to connect to the UCP Node Server Because: ‘Error: xhr poll error’
This is on version: 14.0.5.25
System version: 12.7.5-1902-1.sng7

I’m using Lets encrypt for certificates, and System Admin>Certificates is indeed using the let’s encrypt certificate.

if you check on the system dashboard is the UCP Daemon actually running?

fwconsole start ucpnode results in:

cat ucp_err.log shows:
2019-02-06 00:10 -08:00: { Error: MySQL server has gone away code: 2006 }
2019-02-06 00:10 -08:00: There was an error with MySQL Connection

Uninstalled User Control Panel via module admin.
had to removed dependency webrtc and sms…

Reinstalled User Control panel via module admin.

Working for now.
