Update scripts and module installs

Is there a way to only update INSTALLED FreePBX modules, and not have the scripts install missing ones (ie: the ones I DON’T want and purposely removed). Though I love the scripted updates I would prefer to not have to always uninstall the modules I don’t need or want.

Disable the modules instead of uninstalling them
