Update-contacts is overloading the pbx

Today my pbx was completely overloaded. 100% cpu usage (Load average was 120) and 100% memory. This process was running hundreds of times:

I had to restart the server to fix the problem. Why would this happen?

That seems to be an increasing problem, Sangoma would best grab this one sooner rather than later.?

Please update to the latest contact manager module which has fix for this issue. If issue still persists then recommend to raise FREEPBX jira at https://issues.freepbx.org/.
