Have a receptionist that is having an issue with her phone becoming unresponsive. If she is dialing someones extension and an incoming call comes through her phone will “Lock” until the incoming call is answered by another phone or goes away. Incoming calls hit a queue and her phone is part of that queue.
Which model phone? Is it on the latest firmware? Does the phone have a sidecar?
