Is there any setting in the FreePBX UI that would automatically un-pause a queue agent if they were automatically paused? Or is manually issuing *46 the only way to take them out of a pause state?
Admin > Asterisk CLI
queue unpause member MEMBER queue YOURQUEUE
yeah I know but I was looking for something that would automatically do it after a timeout etc…
