Unable to update Endpoint Manager after renewal

I just paid for renewal for Endpoint Manager (I need to update it to get the Yealink EXP-50) but it still cannot be updated. In the System Activation Screen, it refreshed correctly and it shows : Expiration Date 2044-11-23 (Free Updates until 2022-06-10)

Is there a way to force some kind of refresh so I can get the new version ?

What version of FreePBX?

FreePBX is at version 15.0.17.34 and Endpoint Manager is at version 15.0.27.43

I don’t know if it’s the most recent version of Endpoint Manager, but I don’t see the EXP-50.

Something might be cached, if the correct date is showing in sysadmin, you should be able to install with

fwconsole ma downloadinstall endpoint --tag 15.0.39.70

If that fails open a support ticket.

just had the same issue, the manual download worked but clearly there’s a bug somewhere.
