I am unable to update advance settings in Endpoint manager. For example I change the “IP address of phone server” to a host name and click on update globals button but the sip.cfg file still contains the previous ip address of the server. Is there a trick to getting these global settings to take effect?
I am using Freepbx 184.108.40.206 and Endpoint manager 220.127.116.11 and I am trying to configure polycom phone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
