Unable to update Advance settings for Endpoint Manager

Hi everyone,

I am unable to update advance settings in Endpoint manager. For example I change the “IP address of phone server” to a host name and click on update globals button but the sip.cfg file still contains the previous ip address of the server. Is there a trick to getting these global settings to take effect?

I am using Freepbx and Endpoint manager and I am trying to configure polycom phone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.



Is this a new install? Did it ever work? Check the permissions on /tftpboot

You can try clicking ‘Rebuild Config for All Phones’ in the EPM Device List menu.
