we are using emp 13.0.95.3. we have a polycom IP6000 that we want to use ftp to load config. we used to be able to enter the ftp user name and password in the template but that option is no longer there. i know if we buy the sys admin pro you can set it up there, but we don’t need pro. so what happened to the ability to set the ftp password for the phone template.
we dropped all the way back to 13.0.84.3 to get a working version.
