Unable to select default directory

GREAT job on the distro!!

I must be missing something and am not having any luck finding documentation:

Using directory module 2.9.2.6 installed with the FPBX Distro

I have setup a new directory and hit submit, apply changes

When I attempt to set the new directory as the default directory, as soon as I and hit submit query, the select drop down reverts to “none” and no directory related options appear in extensions.

Am I missing a step or not understanding the intention of this module? (i.e. to enable/disable which users are accessible via the directory)
