Unable to register contact in extension

Hello,

Using PJSip for an extension we have it set to allow for 3 contacts. I provisioned Yealink with endpoint manager. When I go to the extension to enter the contact I select the brand, but the model does not show up.

We have several brands provisioned. None of the models appear if we choose the various brands.

Any suggestions will be welcome.

Hi,

I think I solved my problem. Apparently you need to provision the SIP device by adding the MAC first. Doing that provisioned the rest of the related fields. Whodathunk
