Unable to register aastra 57i ct

Trying to add another extension to our pbx. We have six that work. We bought what i thought was a new phone but wasnt and it is giving us trouble. The phone it self is showing No Service and status 403. I have included Sip peer list showing 107, 108 as not working. These are identical extensions for test. We followed exactly how the other extension were added. 108 has an ip address of 192.168.1.38
and the subnets and gateways are the same as the other extensions. One obvious difference (shown below) is that under ACL it has an “A”. Lastly, when an extension is test-dialed from this phone, the ext# shows it as dialing an IP address of the dialed-extension. (Ex: Dial 106 which is a working ext, and it shows dialing IP:192.168.1.106… when Ext 106 is at 192.168.1.30, as shown below.)

Update: We have verified that it is NOT the phone. We took the "problem phone’ and set it to an existing extension, and it works fine. So the issue is indeed within the config on the PBX.
Update2: PBX is not finding the phone to allow us to restart it.

We are new to this program so any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Remove the extensions from the system.
  2. Restore phone to factory defaulys
  3. Start Over.
