Unable to program EXTENSIONS

i am not able to program “EXTENSION” under “BASIC”. The extensions link is Disabled and isnt providing any functionality.

kindly suggest any changes required to get the functionality working.

Go to Module Admin and check for errors. Also Check for Updates. You have probably Core disabled.

Hi Mikael,

i checked the module admin and the core is enabled. there are no Error messages shown in specific.i am using FreePBX 2.5.1.0 on AsteriskNow 1.5.0 (32bit).

I think extensions link is disabled when asterisk itself is not running. Try “amportal restart” and see if asterisk starts properly and the link becomes enabled again.
